Jordi Blanco Duch revealed that Barcelona is negotiating with the Democratic Congo government, and the club said the negotiations have entered a later stage with the goal of integrating the government into its sponsors.
The program aims to allow sponsors to display ads for three seasons on the jersey cuffs, with sponsorship fees expected to be close to €30 million.
