German defender Gentl, who currently plays for Freiburg, was interviewed and talked about his past experience in playing for Dortmund.
Gentle said: "Klopp brought me to Dortmund, but the timing was a bit inappropriate. It was a whole new experience for me, both in football and in life. It was not easy for me to live alone for the first time. Now I may have to admit that it was not very good at that time. But it had nothing to do with him or myself, and I think it would be a little smoother if it was at another time and in another place."
Under Klopp, Gentle had only a few chances of playing in the 2014/2015 season. But Gentle said that the two sides are no longer unhappy now: "We occasionally meet or contact each other over the years, and everything is normal. At that time, there was no complete resonance at the football level, which is inevitable."
