According to reporter Nizaar Kinsella, Chelsea may be able to sign a contract with Meinion in January next year to introduce him for free.

Previously, several media reported that the two clubs were unable to sign a contract due to the failure to reach an agreement on Meinion. But reporter Nizaar Kinsella wrote on Twitter: "It is worth noting that Chelsea and Meghan can sign contracts in January and eventually introduce them for free."
