Legendary NBA coach Phil Jackson will release a new book on November 4. In the book, he stated that George Karl told him that in the Western Conference Finals series between the Nuggets and Lakers, Anthony wanted to be the leading scorer and hoped that the team would strictly guard against Kobe Bryant.
