Investment +1! Official: Butler becomes minority owner of women’s soccer team San Diego Waves

The National Women's Soccer League (NWSL) club San Diego Waves officially announced that Warriors star Jimmy Butler has joined the club's investment group.
"Football has been a long-time passion of mine and it has always been a dream of mine to be involved in the sport in a meaningful way, " Butler said. "San Diego has become a city close to my heart, and I am proud to invest in a club that continues to push boundaries and serve the purpose. Committed to building lasting careers and setting new standards for what women's sports can achieve on and off the field, Butler has made multiple investments in business, being the founder of the Big Face Coffee brand and investing across a variety of industries including sports, lifestyle and wellness.
