Recently, Wenban Yama was interviewed by the "Team Daily" and talked about her experience of practicing in seclusion in Shaolin Temple.
He said: "We started the life of a monk there, which blends Buddhism and high-intensity kung fu practice, which is very difficult. We were exposed to some movements that we had never done in our lives. We had to kick more than 1,000 times a day, jump, do balance exercises and stretch."
"We used some rarely used muscles, which were quickly overloaded, and that was some of the strongest soreness I've ever experienced in my life."
