Jaylen Brown: I was once troubled by anxiety and depression & fell into darkness, but it was these that made me shine

Recently, Jaylen Brown was interviewed by School of Hard Knocks and talked about the psychological problems he had faced.
He said: "I was in anxiety and even experienced depression. I had been in some very dark situations. But I think it was those dark places that allowed my light to shine."
Speaking of advice to those who feel that they are at the lowest point in their lives, he said: "I want to say, it's okay. Never let anyone defeat your will. Everyone will encounter adversity at some point... Even plants, try to fight for the sun."
