18 teams are divided into three levels according to the club coefficients, among which the defending champion Arsenal Women's Football Team enters the first level as the number one seed.

The draw of lottery determines the opponent and home and away game of each team. Two teams will be drawn in each stage. Teams of the same association will avoid them in the draw. Each team will play three home games and three away games. In principle, no more than two consecutive home or away games will be played. After the league stage ends, the teams ranked first to fourth will advance to the quarterfinals, the teams ranked fifth to twelfth will enter the knockout play-offs, and the teams ranked thirteenth to eighteen will be eliminated directly. The league stage will start on October 7/8 and end on December 17.
