In the third round of the Champions League, PSV defeated Naples 6-2 at home. PSV captain Schouten was interviewed after the game.
Schouten first said: "This is a great night for us. We struggled a little in the first 15 minutes of the game, but then we took control of the game and we could have scored 8 goals. I feel really proud."
Schouten then said: "The team's good momentum recently? It also depends on our confidence. The last few games have been good for us. Obviously, we are willing to take more risks. This is our style of play."
In this weekend's Eredivisie, PSV will challenge Feyenoord away from home. Schouten finally said: "We may be able to celebrate the victory now and feel happy, but then we must quickly turn a new page."
