According to the "Team News", Aubameyang is about to return to Marseille.
After leaving for a year, Aubameyang will officially return to Marseille. After termination of the contract with Saudi Arabia's Caticia club on Thursday, Aubameyang chose to reject the final offer from another Saudi club, Daman, and gave priority to accepting the offer from Marseille.
Aubameyang, 36, will sign with Marseille until June 2027. He had outstanding performance in Marseille in the 2023/2024 season, scoring 30 goals in 51 games, and was awarded the Europa League Best Player and Top Scorer, scoring 10 goals.
