According to reporter Pedula, AC Milan goalkeeper Meinion has expressed his agreement to join Chelsea.
Pedura wrote: "Milan goalkeeper Meghan is expected to receive a offer from Chelsea soon. He has agreed to the transfer, which has caused the Ross and Blacks to consider replacing him with Vanya Milinkovic Savic in Turin."
