Italian media: Comoli can sign a transfer contract of up to 45 million euros alone, and a joint deal of up to 75 million euros

According to the official documents reviewed by Calcio e Finanza, Juventus' new general manager Comoli has considerable rights.

Comoli, who has accumulated rich experience in the Premier League, Turkey and France leagues, joined Juventus as general manager and is currently working to build a competitive team for Tudor. But Comoli's responsibilities are far more than transfer operations.

Comoli's authority in Juventus:

1. Club representation

According to official documents, Comoli has the following rights of representation:

Executive Board resolutions: implement resolutions made by the Board in accordance with the law and take all necessary or appropriate actions;

Relationship with sports institutions: You can represent Juventus in related affairs of the Serie A, the Italian Olympic Committee (CONI), the Italian Football Association (FIGC), UEFA, the European Club Association (ECA), FIFA and other countries and international sports organizations, including submitting reports, statements, applications, communications, testimony, etc.

2. Transfer and contract rights

Registration and Discipline Authority: Comoli is responsible for registering players, coaches, team doctors, data analysts and other personnel, approving them to participate in outside club activities, and exercising the right to disciplinary punishment;

Agreement with Amateur Club: Comoli has the right to sign or terminate a cooperation agreement with Amateur Club.

3. Commercial rights

Marketing and sponsorship contract: Comoli can sign market and sponsorship contracts with a value of no more than 16 million euros and a term of no more than 5 years; if signed with the CEO or the chairman of the board of directors, the amount will be increased to 50 million euros;

Intellectual Property Management: Comoli is responsible for registering, maintaining trademarks, patents and other intellectual property rights, combating infringement and conducting legal protection;

4. Supply contract management

Supply and service contract: Comoli can sign service or material procurement contracts with a value of no more than 16 million euros; cover related contracts such as cooperation projects, consulting services, advertising authorization, broadcasting rights, editing and publishing, franchise, and stadium use rights.

5. Personnel Management Authority

Personnel Recruitment and Termination: Comoli has the right to hire, suspend or fire relevant personnel in the field of sports, set salary, exercise disciplinary punishment rights, and handle dismissal compensation and related settlement agreements;

Foreign Employee Management: Comoli has the right to handle immigration affairs, including the application and collection of work permits and residence contracts, involving the Labor Bureau, the Police Bureau, the Municipal Organization and other relevant departments.
