Bay Area reporter Monty Poole reported earlier that the Warriors wanted to introduce top wing defenders.
Clutch Points reporter Brett Siegel added that the names associated with the Warriors in recent days are Timberwolves wing Alexander Walker and Pelicans wing Herbert Jones.
Walker is a full free agent this summer, while Jones' salary next season is $13.94 million.
