Nikolic: No longer surprised by what Doncic did, it is incredible to be a teammate with him

Early this morning, in the 1/8 final of the Men's Basketball European Championship, Slovenia eliminated Italy 84-77.
After the game, Slovenian player Alexei Nikolic praised Doncic in an interview. He said: "Being a teammate with this guy, you can understand what I mean, and I am no longer surprised by what he can do. He shows his ability every day, and it is really incredible to be able to see all this and play with such a generation-level player. I think you have to look forward to him because he has been moving forward. We believe in him, and he believes in us. This cohesion within the team has improved everyone, yes, I believe we are also improving him in turn, and he is moving forward all the way."
In this game, Nikolic made 3 of 12, 12 three-pointers, 1 rebounds, 2 assists and 1 interruptions; Doncic made 11 of 19, 5 of 11 of 3-pointers, 15 of 16 free throws, and scored 42 points, 10 rebounds, 1 assists and 3 interruptions.
