According to Yitian Sky reporter Barzagi, Inter Milan director Osilio is in London due to transfers, and Marotta asked Cuomo to allow Inter Milan to talk to Xiaofa.
The reporter wrote: "Osilio is in London for transfers. Regarding Fabregas, Inter Milan has a very good relationship with Cuomo."
"Inter Milan President Marotta has requested authorization from Cuomo to allow Inter Milan to have a dialogue with the coach. Once license is obtained, Inter Milan will take further action."
