In the quarter-finals of the Club World Cup, Bayern lost to Paris Saint-Germain 0-2 and missed the semi-finals. After the game, Bayern midfielder Lemmer expressed his views.
Lemmer said: "It's a close match, and the details determine the outcome. In such a game, critical moments often determine the final result. I don't think we gave up, and the opponent was sent off two. I always believed we could tie the score to 1-1, but then we lost another goal. In a game, something like this happens, and that's football."
