Before Real Madrid's first club World Cup game, Real Madrid president Florentino was interviewed by DAZN.
President Florentino first said: "This event is of great significance. I want to thank FIFA and DAZN for the best clubs in the world who can participate in such a wonderful game. I believe that the first Club World Cup after the reorganization will be successful, and we all come here with enthusiasm."
This Club World Cup match is broadcast for free to fans, and Real Madrid also wanted to broadcast the game for free when they tried to form the European Super League. President Florentino went on to say, "We finally achieved what we've been working on for. Football is the most popular sport in the world, and this technology helps us enjoy this beautiful event, allowing kids from all over the world to watch Real Madrid for free. This change is exciting for us, and with the combination of top clubs and technology, football will be presented in different ways."
Finally, President Florentino talked about the new season: "Just like when every season started, we're ready to face the new season. We have a new coach, and some new players, and we're in a really great new event, and everyone is working on it."
